Charlevoix Public Schools is seeking bids for Charlevoix Elementary School to update and install new security hardware and a new vestibule.  RFP information is located at the Administrative Office.

Scope of work to be completed.
Provide a priced quotation to Charlevoix Public Schools per specifications and details attached to include demolition, material, installation/labor,and disposal as required. This is a design and build in coordination with Charlevoix Public Schools.

Site visitation and verification of all existing conditions, including Owner’s existing Yale keyway, will be required and expected to ensure proper fit and operation of new hardware by selected supplier. The bidder agrees to these conditions with the submission of their bid. Site verification visits are to be coordinated with - Michael Ritter 231-690-6348
